In the present study, an attempt has been made to synthesize calcium silicate (CaSiO3) made from snail shell waste and rice husk ash. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of anti-caking of rice snail shell waste and rice husk ash and the morphological differences between synthetic and commercial anti-caking. Samples were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The method used was a sensory test. The SEM results showed that prepared CaSiO3 showed similarities to commercial CaSiO3. After 14 days of observation, samples A and C (with 0.5 g CaSiO3) increased free flow by 41.18%, while samples B and D (with 1 g CaSiO3) had an increase of 45.90%. Interestingly, CaSiO3, as an anti-caking agent made from snail shell waste and rice husk ash, was more effective in inhibiting clumping and could extend the shelf life of powdered milk with a percentage of 96% and 89%, respectively.
